Experienced instructors will guide you on highly advanced equipment known as a Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Spine Corrector, improving your physical strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, and postural alignment. We use the top quality equipment at Pure Pilates Maui from Stott and Balanced Body.

Infrared Sauna's differ from traditional saunas in that they use infrared radiant energy, similar to the sun, to directly penetrate into the body's tissue to produce perspiration. Our body reacts to the increased heating through the natural cooling process of perspiring. Through the perspiration process, acid and waste residue like toxins, sodium, alcohol, nicotine, cholesterol, and the potentially carcinogenic heavy metals (especially mercury, zinc, lead, nickel, cadmium) are removed from the cells, which is a detoxification process.
